Breathe

New cycle of On Ramp begins Monday. If you’re unsure but are thinking about joining you should really join us for our Saturday morning community workouts at 8;15am. Everyone is invited to participate in this workout and it’s absolutely free of charge. Get someone to come with you if you need that extra boost but just get your tails in our doors. You will be happy you did.

*3.) Row 500-400-300-200-100-200-300-400-500m Rest exactly 90 seconds between each segment
*4.) 7 minutes alternating every 30 second Hallow Rock/Superman
*5.) 50 alternating DB Snatch for time 75/55lb
