Yuck

Damn, I saw some great snatches today. Few of them took my breath away. Seriously. For every great snatch I also saw impressive improvement in the newer class of CFGB alumni. Keep paying attention to those details. Listen to the cues and just like everything else related to movement practice it over and over until you get it. You will get it. Trust me, you will. Anyways, thanks for making me proud to be the owner of CrossFit Green Bay
