WOD 130814

Get your squat done and for those of us squatting four days a week for the next couple weeks we need to eat more steak, sweet potatoes, giant piles of broccoli, avocado and drink more water. For those of us not necessarily following the squat program eat that too
Happy Wednesday.

1.) 15 minutes alternating every 1:30 Handstand walks/L-Sit
2.) WOD
12 minute AMRAP
7 Split Jerk, 155/105l
8 Burpee Box Jump 36/30
9 Calorie Ro
Extra credit
1.) 7 x 5 HBBS @ 75% 1RM rest no longer than 2 min
2.) EMOM for 8 minutes 3 Position Snatch (HH,H,F) 1 Snatch Grip behind the head Push-Pres
