WOD 141111

Today is a day to honor the men and women who give up the easy life to fight for our country. They have tough times and it takes a toll on them and their families. That's why we will be honoring them by having a Veteran's Day Honor Flight WOD, and be participating in the 22 Mile Ruck March for Suicide Awareness.
I know what you're thinking when you look at today's workout: That looks a lot like yesterday's!
Well, that's what our soldiers feel like on the battlefield. Every day is tough. Whether they're sore or tired or overworked, they go back out and continue on with their work.
When they work their asses off getting over seas, we're spending our time with family and friends in the comfort of our homes.
When we train day by day, we can choose our activities and keep them from being redundant. Soldiers do not have that luxury.
So on Tuesday you have two options:
1. Do the 22 mile Ruck March
2. Participate in the Honor Flight WOD, write a letter to a veteran and hand it to your coach.
Thank you for your service, veterans. You do the dirty work so that the other 90% of us can live safe and free.
