Mewtwo

Over 100 people came out yesterday to honor a local firefighter that passed away this last week. The workout was not fun, a long slow grinder but you came and did it. I’m proud of all the fight I saw today and I think Lt. Michael Miller would have been proud to know you did this in honor of him.
We should be inspired by people… who show that human beings can be kind, brave, generous, beautiful, strong-even in the most difficult circumstances.

Note: If you do not have a 1RM established find it first.
3.) 50 GHD sit-ups
*4.) 3 x 10 Bent Over Row, heavy as you can go without compromising torso position.
