I know what you're thinking:
Holy cow, the WOD is posted before 10:30pm!
Well, I'm going to do my best to keep Grant's machine running well while he's gone, and I hope that you all do your best to work hard and be the best athletes you can while checks off another one of his dreams.
Let's kill these 15 weeks together!

1. 20 minutes or 15 Total Snatch Reps from High Hang Blocks (at hips)
2. 3 Rounds:
Run 800m
50 Med Ball Cleans (20/14) – Feet MUST leave ground each rep
3. 20 minutes or 15 Total Clean and Jerk Reps from High Hang Blocks (at hips)
