As Ashley always says: You can't lift heavy unless you lift heavy!
It's time to put some heavy loads on our bars and lift them up with perfect form.
This should be very heavy. Like 80% of your max heavy.
Oh, and then we'll get to snatch a bunch with perfect form right after! Heck yeah, CrossFit.
