WOD 140818

Today will be a day where you test your limits. You may test your stamina with the double unders. You may test your determination with muscle ups. You may test your rigidity with the deadlifts. Wherever your weakness lies in this workout I want you to CRUSH IT.
Let's dig deep and see how many of us can finish a full round of this beast with something to spare for the second AMRAP.
