WOD 140819

Today we are going to run a 5k. I know, I know. It's raining, I don't want to run outside! First off, the rain won't kill you, I promise. After about 800 meters it'll actually feel good to have some rain pour down on you. Secondly, be thankful that you have the ability to run. A lot of people don't have that luxury. If you absolutely feel you need to row a 5k instead, you better make darn sure you go hard and don't even think about resting. Today we will test our mental toughness and prove to ourselves that nothing can stand in the way of our fitness.

1. Run 5k
2. Partner quad, adductor, hamstring, calf smash.
3. 1 attempt ME unbroken muscle ups
