Let's take a day to deload and mobilize!

1. 8 minutes handstand walk practice
2. Lacrosse ball smash for 2 min per side:
-Anterior shoulder, Posterior shoulder, Lat.
3. 7 Minute AMRAP:
Run 100m
5 Pull ups
5 Toes to bar
4. Partner smash 2 min per side:
-Quad, Hamstring, Calf
