1. 30 Min to find 1RM Power Snatch and Power Clean & Jerk
2. 7 Minutes AFAP
10 Front Squats at each weight:

275/185
3. Cycle through each movement with 1 min rest:
3×10 Bulgarian Split Squat
3×10 Strict Split Press
3×10 Bent Over Barbell Rows
