WOD 140829

Today, we will test the theory of efficiency of movement to lift a heavier load. The strict press is tough, but adding in a dip to push the weight up can yield a higher max. Throw in a dip and a receive and your ability to put weight over your head just went through the roof (pun intended).
Let's find out how well we move and how much more we can lift when we utilize our efficiency.
Remember, no Pilates tomorrow, and we are closed Monday for Labor Day.

1. 5×6 Unbroken Back Squats every 2 min for 10 min @ 80%
2. 7 min to find 1RM Strict Press
Rest 3 min
7 min to find 3RM Push Press, back to back
Rest 3 min
7 min to find 5RM Push Jerk, back to back
Go eat steak
