As athletes at CFGB, we have many different things that we may want to accomplish in the gym.
Maybe it's getting our first muscle up or competing in our first competition. Heck-maybe it's running your first ever mile. It doesn't matter what the goal is. What matters is the effort we put forth to getting there.
Our job at CFGB is to help you reach whatever goal you may have. We bust our butts for you, and in return we hope you bust your butts for us. If you ever find yourself putting your hands in your pockets come and talk to us so we can get you climbing back up that ladder. Together we can accomplish great things. And believe me, we will.

1. 7 Minute AMRAP:
3 Clean & Jerk (205/155)
25 Double Unders (1 Min Cap)
3 Muscle Ups (Scale to 5 MU Progressions)
2. Cycle 5 times, Rest 45 sec. between each:
ME Strict HSPU -> ME Kipping HSPU
10 Rings to hips
ME Strict Pull ups
10 GHD Sit ups
