WOD 140824

Remember guys, not too far from now the schedule will change back for the school year. Starting in September, the CF Kids and Teens will take over and rule the gym every Monday and Wednesday from 4:30-5:15pm. Make sure you stay out of their way!

1. 200 DU for time (5 Min cap)
2. Row 3k @ 80% (20% slower than your PR)
3. Run 400m for time
4. Row 500m for time
*5. 50 GHD situps
