We are starting our deadlift cycle this Saturday. At the Games our athletes did a great job at hitting their target weights, including personal records by Anna and Justin, but it just wasn't enough for us to take a top placing.
We are going to work to become stronger and better at pulling in the coming months. Let's work together to kill the things we're less proficient at as a whole and become functional powerhouses!

1. Row 2k for time (should be 25% faster than your time from Friday)
2. 5×10 UB Deadlifts, add load each round
20 Push ups between each round
*3. 20 Reps Clean & Jerk from hang blocks
