WOD 140825

We all have daily struggles in life. Finding time for ourselves with a busy family, eating the right things, procrastinating on a school project, or changing a bad habit. Some are simple and some are complex, but they are still struggles that we have to live with, right? Wrong!
You don't need to accept something that impacts you negatively. We might not be able to make it perfect, but we can try like hell. We have to start with our goals. Set a goal, whether it be daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Start out small. The road to success is not always quick and easy so don't fight yourself. Take little victories as they come and embrace them. And, understand that fixing these things means we will have to be out of our comfort zone for a period of time; and that's okay.
Make yourself accountable, or better yet let someone else make you accountable for your goals. You have the power and potential to do anything you can imagine. Now just go and do it!
