WOD 140811

Doing movements unbroken. It's a concept that can either make or break an athlete during a WOD. If you do too many reps of a movement in a row and you're totally cashed for the rest of the workout. If you break to frequently you'll find yourself wasting time looking at the bar.
Today we're going to test unbroken movements. Can you pace yourself well enough to get through the whole set unbroken? Don't pick up that bar too early and risk running out of steam with 3 reps left!

I saw every class do this WOD today. Everyone really worked hard at this unbroken. Makes me proud. Yes --- quite a few of us struggled w/ it but we either bit off more than we could chew or we found a goat. Goats = extra credit. (50 UB GH SU)
