Ouch

Youth Athletic Development November Session begins this coming Monday. November session will be concentrating on quickness and acceleration. All teens from 11-17 are welcome. See Events & News tab for more details.

1.) Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes:
2 Snatch
10 Toes to Bar
Note: start at approx 70% adding load
2.) Ouch
17 minute AMRAP
30 Air Squat
200m Run
100’ Handstand Walk
200m Run
30 GHD Sit-up
200m Run
3.) 1 minute ME Abmat Sit-ups
50 Bicycle Crunches
1:30 ME Abmat Sit-ups
50 V-ups
1 minute ME Abmat Sit-ups
Session 2:
– 3 rounds
50 Double Unders
3 Legless Rope Climbs
– 2000m Row for time
– 5 x 3 Overhead Squats @ 85%
Note: rest approx 3-4 minutes between sets
