Triple H

Congrats to everyone who participated in the Open this year! This was by far the most amount of athletes our gym has ever registered and it was a blast. We can’t wait to announce which team is the winner of the House Cup!
This week we start a new strength cycle that will prep us for one rep maxes at the end! YAY!
