The squats I saw today, dang they were impressive. Also, all the new faces I met today. Welcome to CFGB and if you happen to have some random guy ask you who are it’s most likely me. That’s just how I say hello.
Eat well this week we are going to set some Squat PR’s this Friday. Squats PR’s are fed by steak and sweet potatoes. Maybe a little broccoli and some avocado too. Get your rest and drink that water. Too easy, right? Just want to send out a big well done to Justin and the rest of the coaches of CFGB. You guys run a tight ship and it really is a pretty amazing feeling to know I can slip out for 3 weeks and come back to a business that’s even better than I left it. Seriously well done.

3 Hang Power Cleans (all the way down to top of knees)
3 Strict Muscle ups
note: I will also count as strict if you keep your legs long and toes pointed with minimal kip. warm up to heavy power clean triple and use the same weight for each round.

note: chest and thighs touch ground at same time, not hand release
49 Sit-ups 
note: using DB’s to hold feet, no abmats, hands touching head
55 Double unders
